A man in free fall is handed a gift. His apartment, a mirror of his own mind, spins completely out of control.

When there is a big idea and no resources, ingenuity is the only way through. The edit of Anton is a tribute to its director's spirit.

The first documentary on Pere Portabella: filmmaker, producer and politician, the most internationally recognised name in Spanish auteur and avant-garde cinema.

The director gave the room full creative control. Each film was built around a single theme, new painting shots were filmed, the credits were placed in the middle of the runtime, and the interviews — shot as research — were reassembled into the film's spine, regraded from colour to black and white and reframed in full.

Has it ever happened to you — the shortest instant turning eternal? That's One Yard: grown men buckling under time itself, at the most talked-about Super Bowl of the century.

The audience already knew exactly what had happened — the footage was already part of the collective memory. How do you cut material the American public can recite from memory? That was the second question I asked myself before touching the timeline. The first one I asked the director: why don't you call an editor who actually knows American football?

Captains of Ukraine isn't a war story. It's a conspiracy lived from the inside — elusive, never fully revealed.

Things happened that the camera never caught; the edit is where we found a way to tell them.

The women at the centre of this documentary are the pulse of an unbreakable culture: Sosina, Mistre and Bee push back against the rules.

The difficulty the crew faced when an armed conflict broke out at the start of the shoot sits in paradox against the absence of conflict in the footage itself. Despite everything, the beauty of the images and the director's intention were always there in the rushes.

Eight political refugees tell us about the lives they left behind while we watch their present, in the city of Barcelona.

The refugees were interviewed; their own words were cut and reordered into first-person accounts. That became the script of a film built as a counterpoint edit.

Guatemala, after the war. The families of the disappeared win a ruling condemning the State to make reparations — and they choose a film, not a monument, as that reparation.

Diana Toucedo started the cut; finishing it fell to me. The director's vision was always clear: put the written page on screen without changing a comma.
Prod. Acteon / Catherine Dussart
We meet the person behind a true champion: a road built on effort and sacrifice, but also on love and passion for motorcycles.

A portrait made to show, as faithfully as possible, who Àlex Crivillé is. The edit was built like the man himself: no ornament, no flourish. Hard work, consistency, and a firm structure.

Who is the kid from Cervera behind the global icon, a seven-time MotoGP world champion? Marc Márquez is a special rider. His goal is always the limit — and that, sometimes, has consequences.

We try to show the psychology of someone who didn't learn to win. He was born a champion.
